WARRANTY CLAIMS The original Customer must inspect the Qcells Modules for visible defects and notify HQCA of any defects within 30 days of the delivery of the Qcells Modules (“Inspection Period”). If Customer does not notify HQCA of the visible defects within the Inspection Period, such modules shall be deemed as being accepted by the Customer.
